Friendly staff were helpful during check-in.

The experience was incredibly disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a strong smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. Additionally, the fridge barely worked, and I woke up with a sore throat from the smoke seeping in at night. Overall, it felt unkempt, and I couldn't wait to leave.

A $100 deposit on check-in after a full payment is ridiculous!!! Cleaning leaves from the pool daily would improve the experience. Overly soiled carpets and stained curtains is a major letdown!!!

A surprising stay on the road

The staff was incredibly friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect after a long day of travel.

However, there was a notable noise issue with the AC unit that often kept me awake at night. It’s a shame since everything else was quite pleasant.
